Breakfast
Does the breakfast buffet have gluten-free/lactose-free/allergy-free options?

We ask that you indicate intolerances or allergies prior to your stay so that we can prepare properly. For more information;

Can I have breakfast at the hotel as a non-hotel guest?

Yes! We welcome all guests, from near and far. You do not have to be a hotel guest to have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant or bar.

Between what times can I use the breakfast buffet?

Buffet breakfast at Atelier Restaurant is open from 07:00-10:30.

Do I need to reserve breakfast in advance?

Reservations are requested so that we can properly prepare for your arrival.

Check-out & departure
What if I am forced to leave early?

If you decide to leave early during your stay, no refund is possible under any circumstances. With a Cancel Rate, you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your stay.

I lost or forgot something! What to do.
I would like to stay longer in the suite or room, is there late check-out?

Yes! For a small additional charge, you may use the room or suite until noon.

Can I temporarily leave my luggage before or after my stay?

Yes! We have a locked luggage storage area next to the reception desk. Leaving your personal luggage is entirely at your own risk.

Can I extend my stay by one night?

At our reception you can ask for the most current availability and, if possible, extend your stay immediately.

Until what time can I check out?

All hotel guests must check out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. For an additional charge, you can book a late check-out until 12:00.

Is the hotel close to public transportation?

The Ede-Wageningen train and bus station is 400 meters (a 2-minute walk) away from the hotel.

Is the hotel close to shopping facilities?

A supermarket, drugstore and other specialty stores are located 500 meters away (8-minute walk). Ede Centrum is 2 kilometers away (30 minutes walk, 8 minutes bike, 5 minutes car)

Can I park at the hotel?

There is a large parking lot directly behind the hotel where hotel guests can park for free.

Do you sell tickets for the train or bus?

We can assist you with this; however, you can also use your bank card that you use to check in at an OV-chip pole.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

The hotel is wheelchair accessible. Room type Classic with Bath and all suites are wheelchair accessible.

I need a cab during my stay, can you arrange this?

You can indicate your desired destination at the reception desk. We will arrange for a cab to be waiting for you on the desired day and time.

Can I dine with a group at Atelier Grill Restaurant?

Yes! Atelier Restaurant welcomes all groups, large and small, for a delicious tasting dinner. For more information;

Is room service available?

Yes! From Monday to Saturday from 17:00 – 22:00 we offer extended room service in all rooms and suites. You can also takeaway from the restaurant.

What are the opening hours of Atelier Grill Restaurant?

Monday through Saturday from 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. you can enjoy the most delicious meat from our charcoal grill.

Are there private dining options (for groups)?

Yes! Atelier Restaurant offers a semi-private dining space for groups. Full private rooms and private bar are also available.

Can I dine at Atelier Grill Restaurant as a non-hotel guest?

Yes! You do not have to be a hotel guest to have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant or bar.

Bar
Is there a bar available?

Yes, at ZUZU Cocktail Club you can enjoy drinks, cocktails and bites Monday through Saturday. There are also several games such as table tennis, air field hockey and billiards.

Hotel & service
Can I have something printed?

Yes! You can send your documents to receptie@reehorst.nl. We will print them for you at no charge.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

Yes! Two elevators are available.

What is there to do in the area?

A lot! For example, National Park the Hoge Veluwe is next door, and you are quickly in shopping cities Utrecht, Arnhem or Nijmegen. There are also many museums and places of interest.

Does the hotel have a store?

Yes! A mini market is available with drinks, snacks, most forgotten items and souvenirs.

I am under 18, can I check in?

Of course you may, but with conditions. Minors are welcome when accompanied by at least 1 adult legal parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must also stay at the hotel. If the parent or guardian does not demonstrably have the same last name as the minor, or the minor is not listed on the passport of the parent or guardian, it is mandatory for security procedures to provide the ID, current residential address and phone number of the minor’s parent(s). We verify the accuracy of the information provided to ensure the safety of the minor.

Are bicycles available?

We are happy to refer you to our partner bike rentals in the area for quality bike rentals.

My partner or relation is still a minor at the time we want to stay, is this allowed?

No, to protect minors this is unfortunately not allowed and we have a strict safety policy. Both guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of stay. Minors can only stay at the hotel when accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.

Can I safely park and charge my bike at the hotel?

Yes! We offer a covered and indoor bike hotel with charging stations, tire pumps and a wash station.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are not allowed. Only dependents with assistance dogs are allowed by arrangement.

Can I stream in the hotel room?

In regular rooms, you can stream through our high-speed free WiFi on all your devices. In the suites, you can also stream to the HD TVs.

Can I have something festive/romantic placed on my room/suite?

Can I do a professional photo or video shoot in the suites?

Yes! This is only allowed in agreement with the management of Hotel ReeHorst. For more information contact receptie@reehorst.nl

Can I host a celebratory event at the hotel?

Yes! There are 39 different rooms in different themes available for your event. From small birthday or get-together to large-scale party. For more information; 0318 – 75 03 00.

Reservations
What is the difference between a cancellable and non-cancellable rate?

When choosing a cancellable rate, you can flexibly rebook, reschedule or cancel your booking. A non-cancelable rate is non-refundable or cancellable and cannot be rescheduled. Check carefully which rate you choose and what conditions are involved.

How do I make a group reservation?

Group reservations can be placed by emailing receptie@reehorst.nl. You will then be contacted as soon as possible to go over the reservation.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Only cancellable rate bookings can be cancelled or changed. Changes or cancellations can be made by contacting us at receptie@reehorst.nl or 0318 – 75 03 00.

Rooms & suites
Do the rooms/suites have a minibar?

The suites have a stocked minibar. Regular rooms do not have a minibar. We can, however, place your refrigerated medications or other necessary items in our refrigerators for you.

Are there any rooms with connecting doors?

On floors 2 and 3, 1 Classic Room with bath has a connecting through to a standard Classic Room.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay in a room/suite?

Regular rooms allow a maximum of 3 guests per room, subject to the addition of an extra bed. A maximum of 2 guests may stay in the suites.

Can an extra (baby) bed be placed in the room or suite?

A (baby) bed can be placed in the regular rooms at an additional cost. For more information;

Does the hotel have family rooms?

Yes, the hotel has 3 family rooms suitable for 4 people.

Do the rooms and suites have air conditioning?

Yes! All rooms and suites have air conditioning.

Check-in & arrival
From what time can I check in?

All hotel guests can check in from 3 p.m. onward. For an additional charge, you can book an early check-in starting at 2:00 pm.

I received an email to check in online, is that mandatory?

No, it is not mandatory. It does speed up your check-in process.

Until what time can I check in?

All hotel guests can check in until 11 p.m. Are you arriving after 11 p.m.? If so, please contact our reception in good time. Without contact, the room may possibly be released after 11 p.m.

I am arriving early, is early check-in available?

Yes! For a limited extra charge, you can check in from 2 p.m. onwards. Check-in earlier than 2 p.m. is subject to availability on the day.

What documents are required for check-in?

Due to security regulations, a valid passport, driver’s license or ID card is required of every hotel guest before check-in.
